No regions in transaction history????

Hi everybody,
hope someone knows what I have to do! When I download the exel tramsaction history and I open it in exel, why is there no region anymore? What do I have to do to see it because it realymakes no sence to have the tramsaction history without the region

I've been saving transactions to Excel for nearly a year now, Regions have *never* been included. It sucks, but nobody seems interested in fixing it.
