I have just read the changelog while waiting for the login server to become unclogged, and I noticed this:
Other changes: * The "Report PvP Abuse" option has been removed from the Help menu ** Residents can and should continue to report harrassing PvP abuse via "Report Abuse" under Help ** Residents should provide as much relevant information as possible when filing Abuse Reports
Does this mean that we are still to report abuse but the option to do so has been removed ?
Please could someone clarify. ty

The "View PvP Abuse" option is gone, along with the dialog that had a "report abuse" button that you could invoke on any specific abuse entry. The "Report Abuse" menu item is still there, and brings up the dialog that the "report abuse" button from the PvP abuse dialog used to bring up.
Basically all they've removed is part of our ability to "provide as much relevant information as possible" :P

I think it is because the PvP abuse popup can be annoying itself when it hits upon too many false positives. I mentioned this in another post a few minutes ago, and suggested that the PvP data could still be logged silently and made available to the user only after they try to create an Abuse Report.
