I have a friend thinking of buying a SIM from LL and is worried about having a problem and contacting LL for support. He does not speak English well and wanted to know if someone else would be able to contact LL on his behalf. He has not had luck with contacting LL before because of his limited English. Anyone know if it would be possible for someone else to contact them will problems he is having??
