Hello,
While wanting to change my premium payment method to annual i accidentally clicked the wrong button and initiated a downgrade to basic account.
Is there any way i can revert the process because now even if my account is paid until July i cannot buy any land in-game because the game says i have initiated a dowgrade...
I already submitted a support form but i got no replies...
Anyone?

The best answer to give here is to call the toll free 1-800 number as it has to do with personal account issues and should be dealt with immediately.
