White fringe appear if hair texture is used.

Sorry if this related issue is posted somewhere.

Is it some kind of bugs? Currently, I set my hair texture to "blank" inorder not to see those white lines appear on the fringe... Is there a way to fix it? I don't think every user is seeing it, else there won't be so many running around with "white fringe."

not quite sure what you mean, but do you have Anistropic Filtering on ?,
preference/graphic/

If i tick that off i tend to get white outlines on hairs and diffrent alpha textures.
