If someone gets this error who:

1) does not have antivirus installed
2) does not have internet security software of any type installed, and
3) has manually verified AFTER receiving this error that the Windows Firewall in the Control Panel is still set to OFF,

Let us know. If at all possible, list all software that's currently running (even if you are sure you've "disabled" it or turned it off.)

I was able to get the first download but the second optional one gives me problems. It downloads but then when I go to install it, I get NSIS Error saying that the installer I am trying to use is corrupted or incomplete. I didn't have any problems with any updates until this second optional one.
