I had ot send home an employee yesterday now today I wake up and my ALADY island
and all its parcels registered 0 TRAFFIC this just KIlled my business totally for today.

My other island right next door does show its traffic and every island near me is showing their traffic so why is my island the only one in the area not showing any traffic.

I wanted to call the support line but the webstie wont even let me log in to get the phone number to call the to get my island rolled back to atleast yesterday. My island averages 30-40 people on it all the time. So what happened to my traffic.

I am so upset I had to send an employee home and cant pay her for today if my business is shut down for today. Now I am worried about tomorrow how long will my island have 0 traffic registered and my business be shut down more or less..

I did reset the island and it didnt help.

Does anyone have the concierge phone number because I cant get to the page on the website that gives the number. I am frantic because my revenue is already slow from yesterday down time which I understand. But this is going to really kill my business if I cant even register on the traffic search. I pay for 3 sims and I would like to atleast have my traffic show.

I am begging please either roll back my island to yeserday or can I please get a number I can call to beg on the phone. :)

I am desperate !!!!!

Hi in one of the groups there are other sim owners who are really heated about their sim showing they have zero traffic. Your not the only business that is suffering today there are random sims all over that are are at zero traffic for some reason.

They are loosing money big time too today.....

Send in a email to the support if you cannot get their phone number from the web page.....

If there are many sims like yours that is at zero and the owners are loosing todays revenue I would hope support will do something to help....

I had to turn off my 5 campers because if traffic isnt going to register I am just handing out money and getting no traffic in return and also no business today

I have a small store on a sim that is having this problem today. Every store on this island is having a stroke today.

Maybe if you request a roll back of all of the sims that are showing no traffic today

Maybe that would work

I had to send home my employee but I also sent in a email to support. I cant pay my employee if my store sales are instantly dead with it showing at the bottom of all searches with 0 traffic.

I really am praying they roll it back or fix it soon today. I feel sorry for the other Island owners that are going through this. Thank you for the advice have a nice day
