Running the following:

AMD X2 2.2ghz (Windowns XP Optimizer and Latest and Earliest Drivers used)
Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe (Earliest and Latest Drivers Used)
ATI x1600 Pro 256GDDR3 Overclocked Edition (Latest and prior 3 Catalysts used)
Seagate Barracuda 250gig 3.0 gig/s SATA (Yeah it works)
Enough Cooling Fans to make a penquin jealous...

Onboard Network on the MOBO is 2x GigaLan Connections

***NOTE: I tried running a nVidia graphics card and the problems were still there only slower because the card sucked...frames were jumping around when i moved (turned or walked)...sooo...we get that out of the way before someone says use a nVidia***

My Avatars are constantly having the upperbody move all sorts of ways, my camera does a "flyby" from 5 sims away if I try to zoom in on an object 5m infront of me, I get constant Crashes (Running Charter's 10MB/s service), Menu Options and Pie Peices stay on screen 2 minutes after I choose an Option, Flexi-Prims and even Skirt/Jacket clothes occasionally will fill up my view with large horizontal and vertical lines, Animations get stuck, Objects and Things that move will stop but I am still able to chat in spatial (unless It's a rare Moment I don't Crash)...

I need HELP!!!

Been trying to solve this for a Month now! Linden Labs gives me a list of things to try, I try em...They blame my Cable Supplier, I call them and Charter says "tough crap", I've set affinity/priority/audacity/and all the other -ity words...

WinMTR shows the first host isn't responding...

Aces High 2 and Playboy the Mansion work great on my system, but Battlefield 2 and IL-2 Sturmovik are acting like SL...

Can ANYONE HELP?

Ok, I'm gonna try and help, but I don't know what you wrote previously. How have you got your preferances set? Under network, try setting it at least half the size of your actual download rate, that is, heck, try as low as 500k to start. Even if you have a fast internet connection, I have always found that the faster you set the preferances at a certain point, the worse your connection gets. Experiment there first and see if your packet loss improves.

Under Graphics/ draw, try lowering the distance to half, like 68 meters or so. This can help if your video card is a bit slow. But your problems sound like packet loss to me.

Really sorry if you've already tried this and I am no help. Please let me know if anything worked?

Ingie

IL2 and BF2 act similar to SL when your Internet is disconnected? If so then that eliminates the net as the issue.

Toggle Avatar vertex on/off ingame, that causes those wierd glitches, if that does work you might be having a vid card dying on you, mine went all spikey wierd when either of these happend, ram dead, vidcard dying.

(preference / graphic details / Shaders : avatar vertex program)

as for random crashing, join the club, cam goes nuts sometimes if you center it on a certain prims.

All I have to add is, for "Flexi-Prims and even Skirt/Jacket clothes occasionally will fill up my view with large horizontal and vertical lines", I will rarely get that if I have AGP enabled in Second Life. Disabling it fixed things up for me.
