No Textures loading...all I see is grey

I have posted this in another thread as a reply to someone with the same problem. But I also want to bring some much needed attention to it here.

Since the update, my rezzing textures issue has gotten gradually worse. Since my last login (which was three hours previous) - I logged in to find that 90% of the textures on the game are grey/default.

I am currently building and designing...but it is impossible to do it now. The grey/default texture is on my avatar, objects, , almost everything. I have not been able to play. Even after 30 minutes in the game, I never saw the textures, of objects I made or objects/textures of other owners.

Does anyone out there know if there is something being done about this problem? Any advise from LL? If it has been reported and they are working on it? Or anyone who has spoken to Linden directly for a course of action?

If so, I would LOVE to know any information! I am getting married in the game on Saturday. All of you know how much money and work goes into it. I would hate to have this experience then :/

I had some problems with textures not loading after the update, too. I cleared my cache and now the textures are loading correctly.

Ty for the suggestion Vlad, that is something I have not done in a few months I will certainly try it.
