I just tried downloading the last 7 days of my transaction logs. Every single one of them was empty except for the header.

Have they ever worked?
I just copy and past the daily lists.
And besides if/when it works, it would be nice to have a weekly and monthly log.

They worked several months ago, like 6 months. I just cannot believe that this far into development there is no comprehensive transaction log for users. The one in-game is worthless because it doesn't show things going out, just coming in, and the one that used to be out-of-game was worthless because it just called everything "Object".

There should be an option to DL your entire history in one file.

Daily is too much work, and only goes back 30 days in history!

I've emailed about this before... sadly it's still not fixed. Wonder when it will be? :(

No that doesn't really help because that's not how the "feature" is supposed to work. Yeah, I could take the time to log in every day, copy and paste it, make sure it's formatted right when I paste it and then resave it, but I shouldn't have to.

This is something that hasn't worked in a long, long time and it should work -- if they have no intentions of ever fixing it (which is my guess) -- why the hell have it there? Why the hell even pretend that they are going to provide better services and features for users when they can't even get things right that were supposed to be working all along?

It's another shining example of Linden Labs not caring enough to fix the broken shit before moving on to new things that will undoubtedly cause more broken shit.

This was asked recently and Robin said it was a known bug and in the bug squasing queue.

One constructive thing you could do is post to Hotline To Linden about it. I do hope it gets fixed, because heck, transaction logs are important and schtuff. ^_^

Relax... I'm sure there are more pressing bugs to fix. While they fight the queue and get closer to this one, I'm betting new more important bugs come up. If they didn't have to spend so much time on the forum trolls I'd bet bugs would get fixed quicker.
