this is big BS why cant we contact Lindens ingame. why is this crap allowed? *coughs* *mumbles (dont know why I'm doing this, I must be feeling a touch giddy....oh well) 1. Go into preferences at your main screen. Open the "General" tab, and make sure "Show Start Location on Login Screen" is CHECKED. Hit OK. 2. A Start location box will appear. Enter the name of a sim that has scripting turned off. Ohhhh, maybe one like Laurel. There's others. 3. Log in. Because you'll land in a no-script area, the script wont run (duh). Take off all your attachments, kiss the ground under your feet, and welcome back. - Newfie _____________________

If the script is active and he logs into a no script zone, the script will still work. Like your ao for example. If you tp to a random no script zone with your ao on, it will work, you just can't shut it off. |

Ummm actually you are wrong. If the script is active and he logs into a no script zone, the script will still work. Like your ao for example. If you tp to a random no script zone with your ao on, it will work, you just can't shut it off. some times yes some times no i guess , curious i logged in to test. in morris, mde sure script was running. it was. tped to laurel. wait... wait... nope, not running. weird eh? i say because i've experienced the above situation of script continuing to run also. Welcome to the SL cr@p shoot. lol _____________________

Also, WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO "PLEASE"? sounds like they attached an object thats spamming him out, they're right about login in a no script zone, scripts that work in a no script zone only work because you walk from a script to no script zone. |
