My account is 2 days old. i found a Golden Ticket in a tree, i have a premium account, and everytime i tried to get the ticket it would tell me i need to have a premium account. I relogged, tried to get the ticket several ways and nothing. The first persons who saw me trying to get the ticket was Yahiro Hax, then more people came and saw the ticket, some called premium members and noone could get it. I have pictures of me trying to get the ticket and wrote down the names of the members who were there.
This happened at around 3 pm Mountain time (USA). I sent a bug report with one of the pictures of the ticket in the tree and been trying to find some staff member online but apparently noone is on on the weekends.
How would i go with getting the ticket?

What is a golden ticket? Why would you want to retrieve it?

i would suggest you contact the owner or the creator of the tree. could be a script that needs resetting.

It's a daily jackpot prize from the money trees, every day 1 spawns on a random tree and a certain portion from each donated amount into the various networked trees goes into a pot that gets paid to whoever gets the ticket. I think the person who gets it has to be a premium account member or at least payment info used (since I think there's no real way to check for premium status).

Somebody else was able to get the golden ticket, so the problem is not with the tree or the owner of the ticket. I would think the problem is with Linden not recognizing me ingame as a premium account, even though when i go to my account it does say "premium account $9.99 a month" (or whatever).
