Just ran into this the other day. Have an object that is no copy/no mod/transfer with a notecard inside that is copy/mod/transfer. I can see the card and it lists the open function when it is right clicked, but when I hit open, it just sits there, no error, no notecard. Anyone got any ideas? Would appreciate the help.

Can you copy the notecard over into your inventory? It may be viewable then.
