Well, I have an issue that I'm sure no one on these forums can really help me with, so I called the Customer Service line. I sit on hold for 10 minutes or more, and I end up getting sent to a voicemail system to leave a message. Now, it's during business hours, and when I first call, it says the average wait time is 5-6 minutes.

I've sent an email on the problem, and have not recieved a response.

Basically, I have this account, as an alt. account. And I have my main account, I can't access my main because of the PW reset in Sept. And my old email account being inactive.

Does the customer service line ever answer their phones? what are average wait times on an email answer to my problem. I would really like to gain access to my main account by this afternoon.

For the record... After 2 hours of calling and getting the voicemail, hanging up and calling back. I finally decided to try a line that I figured would be answered with the upmost importance... BILLING. I chose option 2... and 5 minutes later my Main character's account PW is reset and I'm good to go.

Heck I waited for 10 minutes got the Voice Mail box. So I called back and back and back. then i called LL Direct number got a hold of someone then they told me prob would be solved with in 3 days. That was a week ago. So I called again today after hitting redial a lot I finally got someone and he was nice but still prob no where near resolved. He didnt know what to say. Imagin that another LL/SL disaster. Well I think Little Johnny (the 9 year old who works on the issues) is going to be really busy in 2007 fixing SL. But I dont think they can keep up with growth.
