I am new to SL but I do own and operate a store. My monthly tier is now at $25 per month so it has been my hopes to offset some of my monthly costs with revenue generated by my retail sales from the "Neuros House of Fire". Now I was starting to generate a modest average of 2k per week: Not much but at least it covered certain expenditures.

However, now that the "Search" feature is not functioning properly, my sales have dropped to "0" yet my monthly account fee is being charged at full.

I propose that the Lindens credit store owners (if not all of us) for lost revenue due to this technical glitch. I know this may or may not happen but I think on a "customer service" level, it would be within the Linden's best interest to do something for us: Even a token gesture such as a few $L's dropped into all our accounts would go a long way in maintaining brand loyalty.

Just a thought :)
