Extremely slow gameplay

the past two days have been hectic... the game play will be fast for maybe a minute but then it begins going very slow and unresponsive... it starts running at about 40 KBPS... when it should be about 1 MBPS or sooo.... whats the problem???

Hello Thomas! What you're saying gives me the general feel of what's going on; however, some more details are in order. To me, it sounds like you have Maximum Bandwidth (in Preferences) set to 1000 kbps (kilobits per second) so things will download quickly, and you're getting lower sustained rates than is expected.

I'm not aware of gridwide slowdowns on our end. Have you been experiencing packet loss?I would check that out, and also please don't hesitate to contact support for further help.
