AO Missing, Not Worn, But Still Active..

I've used an AO with a HUD for several months with no problems. Suddenly, the AO is missing from inventory. but it is still active. The walk, jump, and so on are still active. But, get this, only on my home island? Anywhere else I go it is not active. I have detached all, relogged, etc. It is not showing as Worn. THere is nothing showing Attached anywhere. I can't dance or sit on things normally because the AO is active and with the HUD missing and no indication that it's worn, there's no way to detach it or turn it off. I've tried flushing my cache. What else can I try?

Sounds like maybe it got detached and dropped somewhere on your home parcel.

Look around for it!

I couldn't imagine how the thing could still be working after dropping it. Apparently that's not the same as detaching it.

That is, in fact, what happened. I used Solvang's Locator 2.0 without expecting much, but to my amazement it pointed right to the silly thing. It was stuck to the side of a tree. Lol.. I feel so much better... Thanks very much.
