so i get a notice in e-mail that they could not bill my master card for my account. i checked with master card, its good to go, not problem. i re enter the card into the LL system. still wont accept it.
used the same card for the last 2 years, never a problem. now i get email from LL saying i will be terminated in 7 days if i dont fix this. cant log into support. cant contact LL in any way. is there some phone number i can call? is anyone else having billing problems?

Go thur support they take care of this.

I had the same problem after the last update, I had to call into Support to put in a trouble ticket and it was fixed after about 5 days. It was quite an annoying problem but the Linden I spoke to was pretty nice and helpful. Just give em a call, the number should be on the support page. Good luck!

ty zsu. support itself is down from the web site. (sigh) but i logged in as a guest and found the billing number and called them. ticket made. nice person on phone. hope this truly works. i have little faith in LL these days. unrelated issues but LL truly does not regard the customer as important. time will tell i guess.

I had the same issue Shawn, little different but the bottom line was pretty much the same. My prem fee didnt come off my c/card, i logged a ticket about it and got the following reply:
Hello, mekkayla antonelli
Thank you for contacting us,I see you had an issue with your payment yesterday however this was a problem at our end we had a big problem with our payment processor it should rectify itself to and charge the amount tonight
If you have any further problems or enquiries please contact us.

I left it for two days, still didnt come off my account and with my teir fee looming in less than a weeks time, asked again if there was a problem, no reply. I checked with my bank, no problem with the card, all is fine so I left it again for a few more days then asked again, still no reply from LL. By this time my teir fee was due, I went to logg into sl and was told my account had been disabled. GRRRRRR!!! NOT HAPPY!!!
I changed the card on the account, and it has now been re-activated, but what a blinkin inconvenience!!! Especially since I had gone down all the right paths to get the problem rectified and did not get a response from LL .
I guess i shall go back now and "Enjoy my in world experience"

Just a suggestion,
I always add credit to my account well before the tier is due, the tier then comes out of the credit, no worries about the credit card going through and I have a month to add more credit, penty of time to correct any screwups with the payment system.
