Small problem

Hello, I've just recently started using sl again and whenever i have it kept doing something... strange. Parts of avatars would spike out, i know it wasn't just a design or texture because i didn't run into this issue prior to my last use: a few months ago. Anyway, it mostly happens when i go through some transparent objects. Sometimes when i'm just flying around it happens again. So if anyone would have any info on how to remedy the 'spiked graphics avatars' the help would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if you need any more info. Thanks again.
