Last night I logged out of SL and everything was fine, now this morning I went to log into SL and I couldn't. It said "Second Life cannot be accessed from this computer. If you feel this is an error, please contact [email]support@secondlife.com[/email]". Why? My IP changed but I doubt that is it, if it is then SL is pretty crummy because a lot of people's ip's change everytime they reconnect to the internet. I'd email support but they take a week to respond, hopefully someone else might haev a solution.
Help?

hey guess what, works fine on my other computers... just not this one. why does SL do that? How do i fix my other one?

Is it possible that someone *else* on the affected machine may have an account and may have gotten perma-banned? Perhaps the "hardware hash" was brought down on that machine.

I have the same issue on my PC. Trying to login after a crash on Friday gave me the same error message. I can login fine on my boyfriends computer, but that means we cannot be on at the same time. I am willing to send logs, etc. whatever is needed to restore access with this PC - if only someone from support would respond... Help!
