Ok, this happens frequently. All boxes properly checked...Allow anyone to copy, allow next user to mod/copy/transfer...and yet, I cannot copy the item.
What gives?

Usually this happens when there are items in the contents of the item set free to copy that AREN'T set free to copy, just set the items inside free to copy and you should be able to.. It doesn't matter what your next owner settings are..
You can also get around it by setting it to sale for L$0. _____________________

This looks like a bug, and as such, I've reported it in 1.7 Preview.
Free To Copy should NOT be allowed to checked unless the object has FULL PERMISSIONS, FREE FOR ALL! _____________________
