I have service tickets in since the 16 and no responce..It is said to say I spent close to $180.00 per month for tiers and 75.00 goes to mainland and the rest goto Anshechung and they dont give any service at all

Mine has been since the 16th also. I did a live chat since I am a paying customer and all the response was is they would escalate the ticket and now it is "in progress" instead of "New" and yet no communication from Lindens at all. I havent been able to login for almost a week.
