Help with Teen Second Life

Hi, I have been trying for two days,...to get my teen logged into TSL and have not succeeded yet! It keeps saying it will send an email for activation and never does. There are no valid phone numbers or email to use for support. This is so frustrating.

Can anyone help? Where in the heck is TSL? the grid and log in?

I want to let my son join TSL but we are not able to get an account for him
I confirmed my approval with paypal, got an email from paypall, but we didn't get an email from SL to confirm his account.
What are we doing wrong???

We, people from Poland have the same problem as a nation. The only method of veryfication is by paypal ( I wonder why credit card is not good enaugh) and although the agreement is approved by paypal the confirmation mail never arrives! I wrote 2 mails to LL with no answer. What is the result of it? As a matter of fact teens are PRESSED to play adult version illegaly.

I too had the same problem. I submitted a help request in my own account and LL responded. They required that I send in a birth certificate to prove my child's age. They said that that was what was holding up her registration process. (It would have been nice if they had just notified me of that instead of making me dig for the info.) After they received the birth certificate...she was on within a day or two. I suggest trying that.
