Super lag after update?

Anyone else having super lag after this last update? Right now I can only stay up in my skybox.. any attempt to go to ground is followed by being unable to do anything but go back home.. Never had problems with lag like this before

What type of lag (like a kind of illness) are we talking about here?

Lee Linden made a great post about the many kinds of "lag".

Are you able to find any specifics... for example, when you press Ctrl-Shift-1, what are your Ping User and Ping Sim times like?

Something I do... let's keep it simple... CTRL-ALT-SHIFT-D for DEBUG menu and select FAST TIMERS from there. Pretty colored bars. Look at the numbers on the left, look for what's the highest number, write down what it is and post a screenshot here if you can.

I've also been having this massive lag since this new update. It pretty much a headache to try and do anything besides sit in one spot and just chat, and I have things I need to build/make etc that is pretty much impossible for me to do now. I log'd in and out a few times in an empty sandbox to see the fluctuations for me on the ctrl alt 1 thing and this is the "best" I get...

At Login:
FPS - 0.6
Bandwidth - 86
Packet Loss - 0
Sim Ping - 3122
User Ping - 3122

5 mins after longin:
FPS - 3.9 (Wow, now if I just don't move =-/)
Bandwidth - 12
Pack Loss - 0
Sim Ping - 292
User Ping - 402


It takes me a good 5 to 10 mins to really be able to do anything after login, and even then it's still a headache. I don't have the best computer in the world but I had no problems what so ever before this update and was running between 30 and 45 fps.
