Where did my gestures go and my "debug" menu...

Everytime I relog my gestures are not loaded and I have to reload them, why? Alos I have read that there shoudl be some kind of "debug" menu at the top of the SL window... I do not have this menu, what can I do to get it back?

Ok so I found that Ctrl+Alt+D will enable my debug menu.

Saving gestures s buggy, I have had troubles with them. I found that this (tedious method) has worked for me. Its not a tried and true method, and not sure why it works, but it does work for me. Create a new gesture, save it, activate it, log out, log back in and activate it again, and log out. After doing that, it is always activated and always works.
