OK what kind of support is this company claiming to have? I sent an email yesterday and I got one automatic message stating they received the support request and today I get this reply.
"If you are still experiencing difficulties with your Second Life experience, please respond to this e-mail." Then some useless info about me forgetting my password. I mean are serious.
Is that what Linden Labs considers SUPPORT.
I mean really, you gave no information whatsoever and ask me to reply again over an issue that in no way was fixed. I did reinstall the game and that helped for maybe an hour, but I wake up this morning to the same problem. The best I get was an email at 9pm PST stating reply to this email. What is going on here. I'm starting to feel like Linden Labs is trying to rob me of my money. This is outrages you treat customers this way.
