Can not download version 1.8.2.1 required to login to SL

I have tried multiple times to log in... each time unsuccessful. I get the message that I must download version 1.8.2.1 in order to login... but when I click on the download... it downloads 1.8.2 so I can no longer log into SL.

Where do I get version 1.8.2.1 its not even on the downloads page?

Finally, version 1.8.2.1 is available... let's give it another go...
