Just before the grid crash today (4/19), I had purchased some animations from Sunae Kojima's animation vendor at the House of Shaea. The first purchase went into my inventory, no problem. The second and third (I was hurrying) simply gave me the message that I had paid Kojima the rate for the animations, but I didn't receive anything. And then the grid crashed.
A few hours later, I managed to log in, and discovered that not only was the money still missing, but the one animation I did get, was now missing. I stayed on for the next hour to give the inventory time to stream (as I'd read here that that was a problem at the moment) but it still never arrived.
LiveHelp was quite helpful and told me what the preferred path to fix this was, so I tried to contact Sunae Kojima (the vendor) only to discover that either that person no longer existed, or was 'hidden' in some fashion I haven't learned yet in SL.
I'm a little irritated, but I expect that it will be fixed one way or another, but has this happened to anyone else?
