I can't enjoy building anything at all anymore, when I size things with the mouse they snap part or all the way back after completing the action. This occurs when I have 28 fps, pings of 90, and zero packet loss.
Please don't suggest alternatives to sizing using the mouse, the question is not how to get around the problem but rather how to solve the problem so that mouse sizing works correctly.
