Club causeing teleport failure

in the sim that i own land in there is also a club that is causing lag and also causes teleport problems such as i have sometime difficulty teleprting to my own land and well as other people who try to visit shows either busy or region is full can someone please explain this and what can be done I have never had this problem before this club opened up in the sims

There is a limit on the number of agents (avatars) which can be present in any region at a time. For most regions on the mainland, the limit is 40 avatars. Other regions have much higher limits. On the Map, if you hover your mouse pointer over a region, the current number of avatars in that region is displayed.

Some form of limit is unavoidable. Without a limit, the region would overload and would be unusuable due to excessive lag anyway. Unfortunately if you live near a club or casino, especially those offering "camping", then you may run into the region limit constantly.

One could only hope that with improvements in the sim's software, hardware and network infrastructure, the default region limit can be raised over time. Perhaps you can inquire with the SL support if the limit for your region could be raised in the future.

Peekay described the problem well and unfortunately the only solution is to buy your own island or move to a privately owned sim where there are zoning restrictions. Caledon, Otherland, and Dreamland come to mind. The Lab hasn't figured out an appropriate solution, and they will not intervene when a single club ruins the sim for all residents.
