Shopping!

It seems that when I go shopping and buy clothing, the clothing won't appear in my inventory in a folder as usual. It's in the Objects folder as just the box item and it looks like I bought the poster from the store instead of the item itself. I've lost a lot of money because I've deleted some objects thinking that I did it wrong, but after the third time buying something, I realized that something was quite wrong.

What is going on? How come I can't get the stuff I buy to come up in my inventory correctly? I'm having no other problems with the game except this issue.

Rez the box on the ground. Right click, edit. Contents tab. You should see what you bought in there.

Easier way is to choose open not edit. Then at the bottom is copy to inventory which will create the folder you expected.

There are various ways of selling goods and some NEED you to sell as a box rather than folder.
