Account Suspension

My friends account who I won't mention on here was suspended for 3 days, no warnings, no notices, and shes a full paying customer, 10 a month plus land expenses. Tech support is closed until Tuesday, and they haven't returned her support ticket. Now I've never been suspended, maybe someone who has been can help with this, but her account status is still active according the site, but she tries to log in it gives her an error that says: login failed, then gives time and date as to reactivation, more like a crash and the system is waiting for her to logout so she can be logged back in. Its really weird and confusing, does anyone from LL read these forums? I can give you the name and you can get in contact with her. Shes a paying customer with stores, she at least deserves an explanation as to the suspension.

Edited to make note: TY LL for banning after business hours. Its hard enough logging into find her account banned, but she got kicked from the game, tries to come back, and its blocked, and nothing can be done until Tuesday.

Maby a bit late answer But ive had this problem too. After af phonecall (free number with skype) to linden labs. it was corrected. Explanation.. Something went wrong!
