Help with this as I dont know what to do

I have tried doing somethings and I dont really want to call support for this but if anyone could help it would be nice.

I have -$9.95 account balance even though I have money on my debit card. I got the money after I got charged though, anyone know how to make it not negative? any help would be apprieciated. Also its through a support company, the money on the card. Im thinking I may have to call them but Im not sure.
