Can't create new clothing?

Ok is it me or has new clothing creation been disabled? I saw nothing about this on the blog.

I've got the same problem. Also my pants and underpants seem mixed up, if I'm wearing them I can try and edit them but they're definitely the wrong way round.

From what I have read the work around is to create a new clothing item in your inventory first, then edit it, as opposed to creating a new item in the appearance window.

Filing a bug report is stilll a good idea though, the more LL receives, the faster they are likely to fix it.

Yes I finally realized that when i clicked the "create new" button it was actually sending the blank item to my inventory...from there i could wear it and edit as needed. What a "PIA' though...and if this is going to be the new thing for making clothes, it would have been nice if LLs had let us know so we're not all flipping around wondering "wtf is wrong now"? Don't know if this is temporary or permanent...but later on I did notice on the "create new" box it says it would be found in inventory....sometimes i mess small details like that...still clothes-making is such an important activity in SL I cannot imagine LL not informing us this was going to happen.
