Crashing during Log OUT

I'm new to SL, so I apologize if I'm not hip to all of the technical issues.

I crash everytime I try to log out of SL. Whether I choose File/Quit or alt+Q, I seem to get hung up and I have to manually close the SL operation from windows. Has anyone else been experiencing this?

Again, I don't know if this is a known bug or if it's just a "feature" that I get to experience.

Happens to me all the time. Especially when I'm lagging. I've just accepted it as a fact of life.

i have that constantly.

never a logout when that doesn't happen.
