Firewall Configuration

I use McAfee firewall and have had a lot of problems getting and staying connected to SL unless I exit the firewall completely. I would rather not do this. Some information contained on my computer is sensitive (banking, etc.), so this has been a worrisome problem.
I have read forum posts regarding the ports used by SL. I have configured my firewall accordingly, but I still have problems with the connection "timing out" or getting an error message about the "system" logging me out.
My firwall is configured as follows:

UDP and TCP/IP "outbound to" and "incoming from" on ports 443, 12020, and 13050.

I got these port numbers and protocols to configure from another post in this forum. This did not work for me.
Are there any other ports or protocols I might want to configure my firewall to allow?
Thanks for any advice.

From looking at a the support wiki on this issue, it looks like it should be ports 12020 through 13050 rather than just 12020 and 13050 themselves.

But I am not very knowledgable on the subject, the page itself might be able to help you more..

Does your firewall have a "trusted programs" list?

One way to determine what is going wrong would be to take a peek at your firewall logs and see what is being blocked and work from there.

Also, it is ports 12020 through 13050 not "12020, and 13050"
