I get this every time i try to log in.

(Completely black ToS with shaded out Agree/Disagree options)

Any thoughts?

This might be residue left over from when SL made everyone agree to the TOS again, as a way to get the word out about the recent Quicktime trouble.

Ah! There it goes. I followed what it said and it didnt work, but then i did it again only this time i relogged before i connected and it worked.
