Almost Entire Inventory Missing

I've logged in twice today and here's the problem.

Almost every folder in my inventory is EMPTY!

The only folders with anything in them are folders containing clothes/attachments that I'm actually wearing.

That's stuff I've paid for, stuff I've got for free, but most importantly, stuff that I've spent hours, days, weeks and months making - all gone. All of it except for a few bits and pieces.

Can somebody please fix this?

I have been having this issue since 7pm SL time last night. It seems to be happening to me when I'm on a private sim. If I log into the game on the private sim, I'm invisible, have no money, and no inventory whatsoever. I can't teleport, view profiles, see search, see the map, etc. -- anything database related just doesn't work. If I log into the mainland then everything is fine, but I have also noticed that I'm missing 1L each for each time I log into the private sim (toll charge? lol). If I change and stuff on the mainland then go to the private sim, I can get there, however, then I can't see profiles, etc. etc.

It's a good thing I have homes both on the mainland and on a private sim. :-\

Ohhh - thanks Thili- - that's sorted it.
You've no idea how much of a strop I was building up to over this.

Strop cancelled!

And Lessa - how do you ever get anything built on your private sim?

yes... delete cache (preferences, network tab, 'clear cache':)... then relog; when back inside, punch in some random 'asdf' gibberish into the search field at the top of the inventory window, and watch as your inventory refreshes...:) (can take awhile though, depending on how much you have)

p.s. edit: during the near/past 30k online peaks lately, this inventory refresh can be -very- slow!:\ fyi... but if your inventory/cache has gone bad, then it's just something you hafta do... do be patient:)

-then- when inventory's refreshed, i once again relog - when sl closes, it sort of 'compresses' or reorganizes cache files down again. by relogging after an inventory refresh, my sl experience is then usually pretty swift.:)

lately a number of my customers have complained that their purchase 'disappeared' in their inventory, when it's just laggy inventory refresh from the grid.:\
