Being a musician/busker in second life?

I don't know if this is something that is possible or has been done before. I am new to this so I am still learning...

I thought it would be cool that since i can play my guitar through the PC, that I could end up as a musician in the game with a guitar and animation to suit, and passers-by could hear the streamed audio coming from my real life guitar?

Is that possible? If so, how would I go about it and what would be required?

You have to own the land(parcel) to stream audio so people can hear it, or use a touch script for other to click and listen to you,.

Streaming up to SL is easy though, except when it comes to movies.
