Although this account was created a long time ago, I am new to SL. Since starting last week, I have had the video problem shown in these pics, some kind of shadowing effect. Some are dark, some light:

Athlon 64 3800+
1 Gig RAM
Diamond Stealth ATI X550 PCIe, 256 MB
Windows XP Media Edition, SP2
Any suggestions as to what settings to play with for either the card or SL? I know the pics aren't that great, but I can email them if needed.
