When i try to open eth downloader i get this error:
The installer you are trying to use is curropted or incomplete this could be teh result of a damaged disk, a failed download or a virus. you may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy.
it may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch (NOT RECOMENDED).
what do i do ?

I'm going to move this to Technical Issues, Kyleus.
This has happened to me before. In my instance, it was a problem with a firewall getting in the way and corrupting data. Make sure nothing like that is interfering with your download.
