I started having a problem mid last week that I cant explain. I am running the latest 1.9.0 SL client. I was able to login and use it fine, but I started experiencing problems
Starting SL, I got an error saying that I should consider updating my radeon drivers to the 3.8 catalyst. I am using an IBM Thinkpad T41, and the catalyst drivers do not work for this system.
The system completely grinds to a halt at this point, going up to over 95%. I attempt to login, and the system is too lagged to let me type. eventually when I get it in, and hit login, its too lagged TO log in.
Im just at a loss because I dont think I changed anything. Ive since removed the software, reinstalled it, and its the same problem.
I can provide any other information required. I just want to fix this.
