I want to import some sounds into some items I'm creating, but can't find in any of the documentation what format the sounds need to be in to work in SL. Thanks for any info!

The easiest way to convert sounds in Windoze is this:
Open the sound (10 seconds or less!) in SOUND RECORDER (typically in Start ---> Programs ---> Accessories ---> Entertainment ---> Sound Recorder) Then go to FILE ---> PROPERTIES Under FORMAT CONVERSION, click CONVERT NOW and under ATTRIBUTES select "44.100 kHz, 16 Bit, Stereo 172 kbps" Then click OK, click OK again, and save the sound. That's it! ![]() Regards, -Flip _____________________
