I'm only being offered 1.6.4 to patch which my computer says I already have. Anyone else have this problem? It looks to me like I'm not even offered the latest patch.

I keep getting asked if I want to download the latest patch every other time I login. And then I install it, it keeps telling me that it can't write certain files.
