System Logged me out

Hi anyone else having this problem? I was logged out and now I can't get back in. Stops at verifing protocol.

This error usually means that Second Life's network connection is completely blocked by your computer or your local network setup. In the vast majority of cases, this means that a firewall (such as your router), or firewall software or internet security software, is blocking Second Life's network access. (Firewalls and internet security software frequently block most network uses that are not web browsers, instant messengers, etc.)

If you do have something like that installed (particularly anything Norton), it might need reconfiguring. Yes, these programs can change their settings on their own. Try this link:

Yeah that was weird. It said the system logged me out and asked if I wanted to exit or go to log on. Then it went all grey.

For about 5 minutes couldn't log on, it would stop at verifying protocol but eventually it let me back in.
