Ok, I think this is a weird problem I am having. Please bear thru my desctiption of it.
This problem seems to be happening with running scripts on objects that my hubby owns in SL, even though they are set to group. We own land, and it is group owned by us. All the options on the land are set to "group only". When it's set to these options, I am allowed "build objects" and "object entry"., but for some reason cannot run scripts.......but only on objects that hubby owns. The scripts from objects I own are fine, and my hubby is allowed to run scripts from my objects.
It started with the door on the house. When he was offline, I could not access it. The door itself did not even give me any type of message. Now, when hubby came online......the door worked fine for me. If I change the land to allow "all residents" to run scripts, it works that way. But we want to have it set to group. So hubby changed the "group" setting on the house, and that seems to solve the problem. Now, it's another object that we own that I cannot run scripts on. When he comes online, I can use it.......when he is offline, it does not work for me. We changed the group setting on it to see if it would work, like it did for the door.......but it did not work.
I just don't know what is going on with this weird problem. Can anyone give me any insight as to what is going on? Thanks in advance!
