Can't logout - 3 accounts!!!

I was relogging my main acct and she never logged out. This has been over an hour ago. So I logged in another account and the same thing happened. Then a third, same thing. I then tried from a different computer with a different ISP - same result. I could actually see the ghosted avies still at the site where I logged them off. I've submitted support requests but this is ridiculous. Even more so because I was a live help and now can't get any help for myself.

I am having the same issue. It's been way over an hour and I still can't get back in. I just get the message: Login Failed - The system is logging you out right now. Your account will not be available until...... then it shows a time. The time keeps changing to about 4 minutes out, but I never get to that time.

ahhh... yes. that happened to me as well.

Either log in a useable account and IM the ones that are locked, this will reset the login servers and log you out, or have someone to IM you ingame, same result.

Well sometimes that works and some times it does not. I was in a similar situation a few weeks ago and even IM'ing the account to the point where it said "user is offline" yet you could still see the account and if you tried to log in, same thing happend. In my case I was lucky that the sim was privately owned and someone was able to restart the sim. There are times when this the ONLY way to get your account properly logged out.

Sorry it took so long to update but yes, luckily I was on a private sim and finally convinced the sim owner to restart it. All 3 of my avies were "released" at that point. And by the way, they are all fully registered with payment info on file.
