For a while now, I've been crashing/freezing up out of nowhere. I cant even navigate in world, if I walk...Oh no, I froze again and there's no reason for it on my end, everything is up to date, drivers, anti-virus/spam/spy software, the game itself. I'm on a 8mb down, 512kb up cable connection. There is nothing wrong with my computer, nothing at all. And I've never had these problems before recently. I've tried everything on my end to get SL to run properly again. To no avail. Fix this please.

check:
for newest amd processor driver, and dual core optimizer. run power management at "minimal power management".
what video driver are you actually using? should be: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_93.71.html
try excluding your secondlife cache from your antivirus's live scanner.
if you are running through a router, try connecting direct from your modem to your pc to see if router is being bad.
if you are using wireless, connect with a cable.
