Its broken for me. I even tried changing my settings to login at home location.
Still no joy.
Any suggestions, or should I continue with tearing my hair out?

Without more details, such as the exact error message you are getting or where it is stopping or what actually happens it is very hard to say what could be wrong. You may have to go to support directly (support@lindenlab.com).
