Yea, stuck there...dunno why. Bought a new computer, everything is working fine...I dont suspect that is the problem...no firewalls, no worries.

You should leave Second Life running in the Login Queue until it returns to the login screen or gives you an error message. It can take awhile on some internet connections or during periods of really high login activity.
